Your Role and Team:In this position, you will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and oversee the comprehensive management of our business development CRM. You will develop CRM solutions utilizing industry-leading tools, establishing workflows and processes that enhance our business operations. Expect close collaboration with our business development, support and services, finance, IT, and production teams, regularly translating their needs into actionable solutions. You will ensure adherence to best practices and standards in CRM configuration and customization while delivering exceptional support to end users.
Your Daily Responsibilities:- Manage, facilitate, and optimize the CRM, improving user experience and leveraging the system to support business objectives while enhancing sales efficiency and ensuring customer support.
- Create and implement a detailed product roadmap, applying agile project management principles to execute, monitor, and assess progress.
- Ensure reliable and accurate data quality and compliance with legal standards.
- Foster relationships with end-users, regularly gathering and implementing feedback/requirements while providing training and support.
- Provide system administration support, including managing user access and ensuring proper governance of permissions and access rights.
- Analyze business development data to generate comprehensive reports on pipeline and financial forecasts for review by the Executive Leadership team.
- Create management dashboards for Executive-level stakeholders that visualize meaningful insights.
- Manage the daily reporting requirements of the Head of Commercial Operations efficiently.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and help-related materials.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a CRM product owner with expertise in creating fields, workflows, validation loops, views, and reports.
- 5+ years in aviation or manufacturing, particularly in commercial operations, sales/business development, or sales production matching preferred.
- Execution-focused with outstanding analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with automating cross-departmental business processes.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for prioritization.
- Capability to influence stakeholders to drive change and implement improvements.
- Fluency in English is required.
