Position Overview:We are currently looking for a Lead Project Manager for CRM Solutions to join our team. As part of the Serviceplan Gruppe, this role focuses on digital dialogue and customer relationship management. Evolving from our E-Dialog business, we have quickly transformed into a data-driven specialist in 1:1 customer engagement and marketing automation, offering comprehensive services in strategy, creativity, technology, and development. Our agency provides consultancy in personalized communication across owned touchpoints, crafting unique and inspiring content through creative storytelling to engage customers and foster emotional connections with brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts in the realm of CRM and digital communication, representing the agency externally.
- Lead campaign and project management, providing strategic and operational advice to clients, including independent planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare client briefings and translate them for various departments such as creative, consulting, and platform teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain a strong focus on budget and capacity management (planning, controlling, expansion) while keeping an overall view of projects and processes.
- Oversee personnel management and development, as well as the steering of internal processes.
- Develop and deliver client presentations, including support for new client initiatives.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital CRM/marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in client and team leadership.
- A high degree of teamwork and collaboration.
- A keen interest in conceptual and strategic work, as well as cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of IT projects and project management methodologies (both traditional and agile) and software development.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
