■ Als Allround-Talent und integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams unterstützt Du uns bei der

Implementierung, Überprüfung und Überwachung eines Compliance-Management-Systems

und den dazugehörigen Themenbereichen.


■ Du übernimmst die selbstständige Betreuung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen sowie der Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland in allen Compliance-relevanten Fragestellungen.


■ Du unterstützt die Prozesse zur Identifikation und Analyse von Compliance- und Rechtsrisiken und überprüfst unsere internen Richtlinien regelmäßig entsprechend der aktuellen Rechtsentwicklung


■ Darüber hinaus bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle

rechtlichen Aspekte mit den Schwerpunkten Vertragsmanagement, IP-Recht und Eskalationsmanagement.

Des Weiteren unterstützt Du in weiteren

Compliance-relevanten Rechtsbereichen

, entwirfst in diesem Zusammenhang Verträge und führst Verhandlungen


■ Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der

Erstellung und Umsetzung von globalen Vertragsstandards


■ Du arbeitest an der

Konzeption von unseren Schulungen zu Compliance- und spezifischen Rechtsthemen

, und Du bist für die

Verwaltung unseres Schulungssystems

zuständig.


■ Die selbstständige Leitung und Unterstützung bei Compliance-Projekten und -Rollouts gehören ebenfall szu Deinen Aufgaben.


Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential


■ Du besitzt ein

abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches Studium,

z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht und/oder Recht.


■ Du bringst eine

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Rechts- und/oder Compliance-Managements

mit idealerweise aus einem international tätigen Unternehmen


■ Dich qualifizieren gute Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Gesetzen in den Bereichen

Vertragsmanagement, Handels-, Wettbewerbs- und IT-Recht sowie der Gesetze im Zusammenhang mit Compliance.


■ Du hast eine überzeugende

Affinität zu wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen

und verfügst über ein gutes

Verständnis von globalen rechtlichen Zusammenhängen.

analytischen Fähigkeiten, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl mit Führungsebenen und Mitarbeitenden
