Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to colleagues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage traditional secretarial duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing travel, coordinating events, and arranging meetings.
- Assist in the management of documents, maintain data integrity, generate reports, and create organizational charts.
- Independently track and calculate deadlines, contribute to client-related tasks, and support overall client management efforts.
- Completion of training as a legal assistant or equivalent business education is required.
- Experience in a law firm, auditing firm, or similar professional setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong command of the German language and good English skills.
