Our mission is to drive the digitalization of procurement and supply chain operations using state-of-the-art GenAI models. Recognizing that >80% of business transactions and communication occur via email, we are developing an autonomous system bridging the gap between our customers' email inboxes and their system of records. We are on a journey to eliminate manual human data processing while supporting strategic decision-making with automated business insights for the backbone of the global economy.

The role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and play a pivotal part in expanding our reach, refining our lead generation strategies, and ultimately driving our business forward.

Who we are looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles and proven SaaS sales experience, particularly in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong proficiency in managing CRM data and utilizing it to streamline the sales process.
  • Ability to craft and maintain effective email outreach sequences.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach, aiming to exceed appointment setting and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Fluency in English and German, given our geographical focus on the DACH region.
What you will do
  • Conduct detailed research to target and identify potential leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on companies within the manufacturing and retail sectors in Europe, especially the DACH region.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of CRM data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects lead engagement and progression.
  • Develop, execute, and refine email outreach sequences to effectively communicate Uify's value proposition and engage potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects through a variety of channels, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn, with the goal of setting appointments for the founders.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to align on sales strategies, targets, and feedback from outreach efforts to continuously improve our approach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to better understand our clients' needs and how Uify can address them.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing insights and feedback from the front lines to shape future outreach and product development initiatives.
