ETHICON Biosurgery, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Management.This position will be globally based with preferred locations in EMEA and in Raritan, NJ or other J&J sites from the US East Coast.
Major Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Global Technical Operations (m/f/d), will be responsible for driving New Product Introductions, Lifecycle Management and effective governance within one of Biosurgery's product platforms.
The Senior Manager will represent Supply Chain Organization in the development and commercialization activities for New Product Development (NPD) projects, and the integration of New Products into Manufacturing and driving lifecycle management, sustaining activities and other operations responsibilities.
They will partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Value Stream and other Supply Chain teams to develop strategies to achieve business objectives and provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product team, focused on the end-to-end alignment of New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management and Network programs, with the overall business objectives for one of Biosurgery's platform products
- Provide global operations leadership to assigned new product development projects
- Build strong cross-functional teams, providing feedback and coaching to team members
- Follow defined processes & procedures related to new product development and life cycle management to ensure compliance and to meet business deliverables
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive improvement activities to close them
