IT Administrative Assistant (w/m/d)

NMB-Minebea-GmbH in Langen near Frankfurt am Main is the European sales centre of the MinebeaMitsumi Group and one of numerous European sales locations alongside NMB-Minebea U.K. Ltd., NMB Italia S.r.L. and NMB-Minebea S.a.r.l. For our EDI department we are looking for a part-time temporary assistant (student assistants are also welcome)

These are your future tasks:

Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones. Assist in project as administrative support role Coordinating and preparing for meetings, conferences, workshops and training as planned



This is what we are looking for:

Experience in administrative work Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps such as Sheets, Docs, Slides Excellent/intermediate written and spoken English and German language skills Flexibility to work with different platforms such as AS400 and web-based systems
