Aufgaben
  • telefonische und elektronische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Anwendungsfragen und technischen Problemen
  • telefonische Einweisung in unsere Software, sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
  • Fehlerqualifizierung und Erstlösung via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Analyse, Priorisierung und Klassifizierung der eingehenden Fehlermeldungen inklusive der Dokumentation im Ticketsystem (Zendesk)
  • Anlage und Pflege von Kundendaten und der damit verbundenen Korrespondenz
  • telefonische Neukundenakquise
  • Newslettererstellung und Pflege von Social Media Beiträgen
  • Gewinnung neuer Kooperationspartner
Qualifikation
  • Als guter Zuhörer trittst Du positiv, sicher und freundlich gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern auf
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Internetaffinität und Lösungskompetenz, ein sicherer Umgang mit Internet und PC ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich in einem netten Team
  • Du zeigst Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du hast einen guten kaufmännischen Abschluss oder Studium mit Bezug zur IT
  • Du kommunizierst professionell schriftlich und mündlich in deutscher (bestenfalls auch in englischer) Sprache
