Aufgaben- telefonische und elektronische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Anwendungsfragen und technischen Problemen
- telefonische Einweisung in unsere Software, sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
- Fehlerqualifizierung und Erstlösung via Telefon und E-Mail
- Analyse, Priorisierung und Klassifizierung der eingehenden Fehlermeldungen inklusive der Dokumentation im Ticketsystem (Zendesk)
- Anlage und Pflege von Kundendaten und der damit verbundenen Korrespondenz
- telefonische Neukundenakquise
- Newslettererstellung und Pflege von Social Media Beiträgen
- Gewinnung neuer Kooperationspartner
- Als guter Zuhörer trittst Du positiv, sicher und freundlich gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern auf
- Du besitzt eine hohe Internetaffinität und Lösungskompetenz, ein sicherer Umgang mit Internet und PC ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich in einem netten Team
