Unser Team hat kürzlich eine neue ERP-Anwendung für Bestattungsunternehmen eingeführt, die die Zukunft des Unternehmens darstellt. Sie basiert auf modernsten Technologien und Praktiken mit einem .NET Core Microservices-Backend und React-Frontend-Anwendungen, die alle auf Kubernetes-as-a-Service in Azure gehostet werden.
Du wirst verantworten:
Leitung und Verwaltung eines Teams von Entwicklern unter Anleitung, Betreuung und Unterstützung.
Beaufsichtigung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Softwareentwicklung, von der Planung und dem Entwurf bis zur Implementierung und Bereitstellung.
Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen bei der Erfassung von Anforderungen und der Definition von Projektzielen.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Budgets.
Sicherstellen, dass die Projekte pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets geliefert werden.
Aktive Beteiligung (60%) an der Entwicklung, Überprüfung des Codes, Bereitstellung von Feedback und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Codierungsstandards und Best Practices.
Identifizierung und Behebung technischer Probleme und Risiken.
Förderung einer Kultur der Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb des Teams.
Was Du mitbringst:
Requirements:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der technischen Entwicklung, mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der Leitung eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams von mindestens 3 Personen.
Starke technische Fähigkeiten in Programmiersprachen wie C#, .NET Core, Microservices, SQL-Datenbanken.
Mindestens einige Erfahrung in DevOps wie Pipelines, IaC, Docker & Kubernetes.
Ausgezeichnete Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen.
Fähigkeit hands-on mehrere Projekte zu managen und Aufgaben effektiv zu priorisieren.
Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden.
