Als Customer Service Specialist sind Sie ein integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams und übernehmen die Verantwortung für den gesamten Order-to-Cash-Prozess. Die Stelle bietet eine herausfordernde und spannende Möglichkeit, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:- Aktive Betreuung eines fest definierten Kundenstamms und Gewährleistung einer herausragenden Kundenerfahrung durch professionelle und zeitnahe Kommunikation.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, um operative Aspekte abzustimmen und einen nahtlosen Prozessablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Überwachung der Zahlungsziele, Klärung von Kontendifferenzen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung.
- Fachkundige Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen.
- Unterstützung bei abteilungsinternen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit idealerweise einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Customer Service oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP, sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office 365.
- Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
- Teamfähigkeit, Strukturiertheit, Organisationstalent und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit.
