Als Customer Service Specialist sind Sie ein integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams und übernehmen die Verantwortung für den gesamten Order-to-Cash-Prozess. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aktive Betreuung eines fest definierten Kundenstamms und Gewährleistung einer herausragenden Kundenerfahrung durch professionelle und zeitnahe Kommunikation.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, um operative Aspekte abzustimmen und einen nahtlosen Prozessablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Überwachung der Zahlungsziele, Klärung von Kontendifferenzen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung.
  • Fachkundige Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen.
  • Unterstützung bei abteilungsinternen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit idealerweise einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Customer Service oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP, sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office 365.
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Strukturiertheit, Organisationstalent und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit.
