Job Role

Tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with Field Sales to assist in customer renewal processes.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize account management expertise to facilitate renewal closure.
  • Deep-dive into ServiceNow licensing frameworks to offer guidance to both sales teams and customers during licensing deliberations.
  • Keep track of customer health indicators to pinpoint potential risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and collaborate with partner teams to take appropriate measures.
  • Provide regular and accurate updates on renewal progress to management and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Engage in discussions with customers regarding renewal readiness, timing, and overall customer requirements.
  • Engage with customers on multi-year contracts to ensure sustained engagement and realization of customer value.
  • Create and present renewal proposals and alternatives to customers, notifying them of upcoming contract expirations.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations for approvals and the finalization of executable OFs.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success division to evaluate customer value attainment, drive product adoption, and enhance usage among customers.
Desired Qualifications

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in managing customer retention and promoting the adoption of SaaS products within a designated territory.
  • Effective customer management skills encompassing sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Initiative to identify areas for process enhancement and increased efficiency.
  • Strong dedication to work and achieving quotas.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models centered around enterprise software is advantageous.
