- Als Standortleiter/in (City Operations Manager) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für unseren Hub in Hamburg
- Zusätzlich bist du verantwortlich für alle dazugehörigen Satelliten Städte
- Du kümmerst dich um das gesamte operative Geschäft der Fahrer-Flotte, dabei leitest Du ein Team aus Courier Coordinatoren vor Ort.
- Coaching, Performance Management, Motivation und Feedback Gespräche werden Teil Deines Daily Business sein.
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich für die Local Ops Performance Deiner Stadt. Dabei behältst Du jederzeit unsere KPIs im Blick und wertest diese täglich aus.
- Mit Deinem Hub Team arbeitest Du an internen Prozessoptimierungen und strukturierten Abläufen und stehst dabei im ständigen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen wie Sales, Disposition, Recruiting und Human Resources, sowie Betriebsräte zusammen, um das Beste aus Deiner Stadt herauszuholen.
- Du bist für den kompletten Aufbau Deiner Fahrer-Flotte, deren Planung und Management verantwortlich und das gesamte Office Management wird von dir gesteuert und koordiniert.
- Getreu dem Motto "Best Practices Sharing" stehst Du im engen Austausch mit Deinen Kollegen aus anderen Standorten.
Bereit unser neuer City Operations Manager zu werden? Folgendes Solltest du mitbringen:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Standortleitung / Team Leitung, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Operations/Logistik und hast Lust, Ownership für unseren Standort Hamburg zu übernehmen.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium.
- Mit Deiner Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams weißt Du, wie Du Deine Kollegen motivieren und weiterentwickeln kannst.
- Deine ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke zeichnet Dich aus und Du hast eine maximale intrinsische Motivation
- Du bringst Erfahrungen mit einem komplexen Stakeholder Management mit und hast dafür sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Lean-Methoden sowie verwandte Techniken sind Dir nicht unbekannt.
- Dazu hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Betriebsräten.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office/Google Sheets zum Bauen von Reports und Erstellen eigener Analysen.
- Idealerweise interessierst Du Dich für die Food und Mobility-Branche und denkst gerne "out of the box".
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
