Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Operations Manager to oversee all operations in the Hamburg Area, including the cities of Kiel and Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our operational cities within a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate operational cities in Hamburg, Kiel, and Hannover, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to Brand Ambassadors (BA).
  • Liaise and coordinate campaigns to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage data collection and update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Organize logistics between cities, working closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within budget, preparing and controlling inventory.
  • Recruit and manage Brand Ambassadors (BA) in each city, conducting interviews and overseeing performance.
  • Support technology development and report directly to the Head of Operations for Germany to determine values and missions.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in operations, management, recruitment, or sales.
  • University degree in Business or a related field.
  • An active relationship builder with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
  • Right to work in Germany.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and experience with a strong growth mindset.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in event and project management is highly regarded.
  • Driving license and car is a plus.
