We as Global Digital Services enable BASF's digitalization. In agile teams, we develop innovative digital solutions for BASF and its customers, create new exciting customer experiences and business growth, and drive efficiencies in processes. We provide IT that works and offer know-how and access to latest technologies in the areas of cloud computing, blockchain or big data.
RESPONSIBILITIESQKnows is an innovative knowledge management platform developed by BASF that offers a seamless and comprehensive solution for researchers, engineers, and technicians. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our User Success & Content Management team. By joining the team, you will contribute to ensure user satisfaction and deliver valuable content.
- You analyze usage statistics of QKnows to identify units that may benefit from its features and reach out to them to promote its usage as well as benefits.
- Furthermore, you assist in the preparation of presentations by gathering relevant information, coordinating with team members to discuss presentation content, and ensuring that the presentations are engaging as well as informative.
- You create and write news articles about QKnows and its features as well as distribute these news articles through internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, or other internal social media platforms.
- In addition, you maintain and update SharePoint pages dedicated to supporting QKnows users. This includes updating content, organizing information, ensuring that the pages are user-friendly and informative.
- Last but not least, you design and administer surveys to gather feedback from QKnows users and analyze the survey responses to identify trends, areas of improvement as well as user satisfaction levels.
- currently enrolled in a program related to fields such as business administration with a focus on digital marketing, digital innovation management, communication management, psychology with a focus on change management, or a related field of study
- good knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools, especially SharePoint
- strong communication and writing skills in English
- ability to work independently and effectively communicate deliverables to your team
- capability to engage with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders through BASF's internal social media and communication channels
