• In this internship you support us for at least 3 months on a project aimed at increasing the efficiency in customer handling.
• In pursuit of this goal, you refine Service Level Catalogues for direct customer interaction, differentiate Service Levels amongst customers and align the new catalogue across the global unit.
• Learn new skills: You develop methods to understand gaps to as-is and will define measures as well as initiatives to close these gaps.
• Together with our team, you prepare the global rollout of the new way of working and help develop the EU Sales target picture for 2025 in alignment with the new customer handling approach.
