RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an intern to assist in developing a digital self-paced learning portfolio for BASF's Marketing & Sales Academy. This involves collaborating with our team to design and implement digital learning solutions that meet learner needs and preferences. In this role you have the opportunity to explore innovative tools and technologies, like GenAI, to enhance the learning experience and outcomes.

  • During the internship you conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Also, you select and apply appropriate instructional design models and strategies.
  • In addition, you are responsible for creating engaging and interactive digital learning content, such as e-learnings, video courses and micro learnings.
  • Proficiency in using authoring software to develop and publish digital learning modules is one of your tasks.
  • In this role, you use GenAI tools to generate and optimize learning content and feedback.
  • Additionally, you develop a delivery model and set-up the platform for the new learning offer as well as evaluate and test the quality and effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in instructional design, educational technology, media production or a related field
  • experience or interest in digital learning solutions for Marketing and Sales
  • proficient in authoring software and familiar with GenAI or other AI tools for learning
  • strong communication and collaboration skills in English
  • creative, curious and learner-centered mindset
  • high level of motivation and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
