Job OverviewDie Teams für kontinuierliche Verbesserung von TE Connectivity entwerfen und implementieren Programme und Projekte zur Verbesserung von Produkten, Dienstleistungen oder Prozessen, die auf die Geschäftsstrategien abgestimmt sind. Sie coachen Teams, legen Leistungskennzahlen für Programme fest und unterstützen die Prozessoptimierung.
Aufgaben:- Erarbeiten von Konzepten zur Steigerung des Digitalisierungsgrades (z. B. digitales Shopfloor-Management, Integration von Produktionssystemen in das digitale Umfeld), sowie Implementierung von Systemerweiterungen und -Erneuerungen
- Optimierung / Konfiguration und Test von Applikationen und IT-Systemen (z.B. MES, Datenaufbereitung/Analyse und Reporting)
- Detaillierte Einarbeitung in bestehende Systeme und Prozesse
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Digital Factory inkl. Dokumentation abgeschlossener Projekte
- Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen (wie z.B. global IS Team, Produktion/Shopfloor, Prozesstechnik, Management)
- Problemlösung im Tagesgeschäft
- Dokumentation der Systemlandschaften und Datenflüsse in Operations inkl. Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen
- Durchführung von Key User & User Trainings
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Aufrüstung digitaler Tools, um Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen
- Anwendung von TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) Tools und Methodik
- Aufrechterhaltung einer soliden Präsenz in der Werkstatt / in einem Produktionsumfeld
- Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. Maschinenbau, Prozesstechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in industriellen Produktionsbetrieben und Bereitschaft auf dem Shopfloor Hands-on Verbesserungen durchzuführen
- IT-Affinität und umfangreiche PC- und Datenbank Kenntnisse (SQL)
- Bereitschaft, sich in komplexe Unternehmensprozesse & Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Erfahrung in MES/ERP-Systemen (z. B. Hydra; SAP) sowie Kenntnisse gängiger Schnittstellen (z. B. OPCUA, IoT) wären von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse bei der Datenaufbereitung und Visualisierung (z.B. mit Tableau)
