Was erwartet dich?
Du unterstützt die UX Designer:innen und Conversion Manager:innen bei der Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen durch UX Research
Du recherchierst und synthetisierst Nutzer- und Kund:innen-Feedback aus verschiedenen Quellen, wie z.B. Kundenbefragungen und Kundenbewertungen
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines Atomic Design Systems
Du führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch: Regelmäßiger Vergleich von Wettbewerber-Websites in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kolleg:innen im eCommerce-Bereich
Du entwickelst Nutzer-Personas und fertigst Customer Journeys an
Du recherchierst und synthetisierst Nutzer- und Kund:innen-Feedback aus verschiedenen Quellen, wie z. B. Kundenbefragungen und Kundenbewertungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du studierst an einer Universität oder einer Fachhochschule. Bevorzugte Studiengänge in den Bereichen Design & Interaction Design, Digital Design, Kommunikationsdesign, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL und Marketing
Du denkst analytisch zur quantitativen Auswertung der Nutzererlebnisse und zur Erreichung der Business-Ziele (z. B. mit Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Du hast Empathie für Nutzer:innen zur qualitativen Bewertung von Nutzererlebnissen
Du verfügst über Grundlagen in Visual Design und hast erste Erfahrungen mit User Experience Design
Du hast eine Affinität zu Domain-, Hosting- und Cloud-Anwendungen
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
