Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße und zeitnahe Durchführung sowie Dokumentation sämtlicher Finanztransaktionen und -kontrollen für control.IT und seine Tochterunternehmen, einschließlich der Abstimmung von Nebenbüchern und Subsystemen
  • Verantwortungsvoll übernimmst du die monatliche Berichterstattung des Finanzergebnisses von control.IT und seinen Tochterunternehmen gemäß den Konzernstandards an die Muttergesellschaft Planon
  • Die Gewährleistung der Compliance und Einhaltung lokaler Steuervorschriften für die control.IT Gruppe liegt in deinen Händen und integrierst sie geschickt in unsere Regelprozesse
  • Du sorgst für den Auf- bzw. Ausbau der notwendigen Prozesse und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer Richtlinien, Ziele und Maßnahmen – immer im Einklang mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Daneben unterstützt du in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Berichterstattung durch das Durchführen von Buchungen, Abstimmungskontrollen sowie fachlicher Unterstützung

Dein Profil

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finance, beispielsweise zum Betriebswirt Rechnungswesen und Controlling oder Fortbildung in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, z. B. Fachwirt / Betriebswirt (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Bank oder Steuer
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet
  • Sicherer Umgang mit moderner Buchhaltungssoftware und ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Sozialkompetenz
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu anderen Standorten sowie zur Zentrale in den Niederlanden
  • IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
