PENSUM Bremen GmbH is a respected family-owned company specializing in existing construction and real estate development in the region. We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity.
About the Role:
As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and invoicing multiple companies and over 50 property companies. Your primary focus will be on accounting, payment transactions, invoice creation, and reporting to authorities. You will also contribute to process and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and invoice diverse clients from various industries, including real estate accounting
- Accounting with payment transactions
- Invoice creation, dunning processes, and reporting to authorities
- Preparatory work for annual financial statements
- Contribute to process and workflow optimization
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in financial accounting or tax consulting
- Knowledge in the real estate sector is helpful but not mandatory
- Proficient in DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Practical experience with MS Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
