Unser Kunde, ein führendes Unternehmen in der Medizintechnik, sucht einen regionalen klinischen Manager im Bereich der Herzchirurgie, der für die Leitung eines klinischen Teams verantwortlich ist. Diese Rolle umfasst die strategische und taktische Betreuung des Teams, um die bestmögliche Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in der nördlichen Hälfte der Republik.

Aufgabengebiet
  • Sicherstellung der Effektivität des Feldteams durch 1:1 Reisen und Vor-Ort-Coaching
  • Verwaltung der klinischen Ergebnisse durch Anwendung bewährter Praktiken und klinischer Schulungen unseres Kunden im Zusammenhang mit der Patientenversorgung, um optimale Ergebnisse und Kundenerfahrungen zu gewährleisten
  • Steigerung des Wachstums und der Implementierung des herzchirurgischen Geschäfts.
  • Koordination und Management gemeinsamer Aktivitäten mit dem lokalen Account Manager, Marketing- und Trainingsabteilung
  • Sicherstellung der Kompetenz von Mitarbeitern und Kunden durch Entwicklung, Bindung und Leistungsmanagement des klinischen Teams
  • Regelmäßige Treffen mit dem Team und den Anwendern sind erforderlich
Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossenes medizintechnisches Studium, oder gleichwertiger medizinischer Abschluss erforderlich (Kardiotechniker, Perfusionist)
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in herzchirurgischen Eingriffen
  • Leadership Erfahrung im Bereich mechanischer Herzunterstützungssysteme von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, Methoden, Techniken und Bewertungskriterien zur Erzielung von Ergebnissen auszuwählen
  • Klinische Erfahrung im Hybrid-OP
  • Fähigkeit, Ideen und Informationen klar und effektiv zu kommunizieren
  • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
