Are you ready to shape the future of mobile apps at Telefónica in an exciting international environment? Join our interdisciplinary team as a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d), where you'll serve as the vital bridge between our business and technical teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass not only driving the technical roadmap but also ensuring the efficient and timely realization of services and features in our mobile apps and by that contribute significantly to improving customer experience and elevating satisfaction levels. Your work will directly impact our customers' lives by making their mobile experiences easier and better.

What to expect:

  • #Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams including business, product, engineering, testing to prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • #Technical Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed product features/enhancements, providing insights into potential challenges and opportunities.
  • #Product Management: Develop and maintain a technical product roadmap/backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • #Requirement Engineering: Translate product requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications for development teams, considering both user experience and technical constraints.
  • #Development Planning: Work closely with engineering teams to provide guidance and support throughout the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high quality that meets both business and technical requirements.
  • #Key Performance Indicators: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continues improvements, while also providing technical input on potential optimizations and enhancements including time-to-market improvements.

What you bring:

  • You hold a degree in #computer science, #technology management, #information technology, #electrical engineering, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation for this role.
  • You bring at least 5 years of valuable experience in #technical product management, ideally gained within dynamic and #agile IT organizations or large-scale #transformation programs. Previous exposure to the #Telco or media industry is a definite plus.
  • Your proven track record showcases your adeptness at steering complex #projects from their initial concept to successful launch, demonstrating your ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
  • You excel in #requirement engineering and are well-versed in #agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum and JIRA, enabling you to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • With a robust technical background, you possess a deep understanding of #digital channels and #mobile app development, allowing you to effectively collaborate with technical teams and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Your proficiency in #English is business fluent, with a strong command of #German at B2 level, which is highly desirable for this role.
