Im Zuge einer Elternzeitvertretung suchen wir in befristeter Festanstellung ab dem für 15 Monate einen enthusiastischen "Product Manager - Specialty Care (m/w/d)". Im Rahmen der globalen Produktstrategie sind Sie für Ihr erklärungswürdige Präparat vollumfänglich verantwortlich. Mit einem verbindlichen und wertschätzenden Auftreten steuern Sie in einer länderübergreifenden Schnittstellenfunktion die verschiedenen Marketingaktivitäten.
Aufgabengebiet
Verantwortung für die Vermarktung eines neuen, innovativen monoklonalen Antikörpers im Rahmen der lokalen Produktstrategie.Überführung der globalen Marketingpläne für das Produkt in lokale Maßnahmen und Projekte.Erarbeitung von lokalen Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen auf Basis echter Kunden-Insights.Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung der im Marketingplan definierten Aktivitäten sowie Erstellung und Anpassung der Marketingunterlagen.Entwicklung und Umsetzung der lokalen Kundensegmentierung.Lokale "Forecast Berechnungen" und Umsatzplanung.Erfolgscontrolling durch Auswertung quantitativer und qualitativer Marktforschungsdaten.Mitwirkung in ausgewählten Fokusgruppen (z.B. strategisches Brand Board mit Ärzten und Apothekern).Effiziente Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des zugewiesenen lokalen Budgets.Mitarbeit im Produkt Launch Team und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Mitarbeitern.Schulungen des Außendienstes, anderer relevanter Abteilungen und Personen des Unternehmens.Sicherstellung der Compliance mit allen konzerninternen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung der rechtlichen Vorgaben.Anforderungsprofil Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, pharmazeutisches oder medizinisches Studium.Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Marketingerfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder in einer Health Care. Marketing Agentur, idealerweise im Specialty Care Segment.Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Produktpositionierung sowie aller Marketinginstrumente.Sehr gute medizinisch-wissenschaftliche sowie pharmazeutische Kenntnisse.Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Führung von Agenturen (Briefing, Umsetzung, Controlling).Sehr hohe Handlungs- und Ergebnisorientierung.Hohe Kreativität.Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten.Sehr strukturierte und strategische Denkweise.Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.Sehr gute Softwarekenntnisse (z.B.
