  • Monitor logistics efficiency and adjust allocation budgets accordingly.
  • Evaluate the existing assortment, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive optimal assortment allocation.
  • Provide data-driven feedback and support for assortment-related projects.
  • Analyze root causes of efficiency defects and propose improvements.
  • Parameterize and improve algorithms for assortment allocation and visibility decisions.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure optimal assortment allocation.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau proficiency preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with daily operational tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English
