Unser Klient sucht einen engagierten und visionären Clinic Operations Lead (m/w/d), der die Praxen durch innovative Prozessgestaltung und effiziente Abläufe auf das nächste Level bringt. Aktuell führt unser Klient zwei Tierarztpraxen in München, eröffnet im August 2024 in Düsseldorf sowie ab Herbst 2024 in Köln und Hamburg.

Deine zentrale Aufgabe: Führe die Tierarztpraxen unseres Klienten in die Skalierung, indem du Prozesse schaffst, die eine "wow" Experience für alle Beteiligten bieten und gleichzeitig die Praxis-Performance steigern. DEIN PERSÖNLICHER VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

Deine zentrale Aufgabe: Führe die Tierarztpraxen unseres Klienten in die Skalierung, indem du innovative Prozesse in den Tierarztpraxen schaffst, die für die Beteiligten eine "wow" Experience sind und gleichzeitig die Praxis-Performance erhöhen. Du bist essentieller Sparring Partner für das C-Level/Gründerteam sowie dem Praxis-Leadership Team unseres Klienten, wenn es um Praxisprozesse geht.

Dazu gehört:

  • Analysiere bestehende Prozesse auf ihre Effizienz, Struktur und User Experience
  • Entwickle Prozessinitiativen für eine höhere Effizienz und einfachere Abläufe und teste diese in den Tierarztpraxen unseres Klienten
  • Definiere und schule Prozessstandards (SOPs) in den Tierarztpraxen unseres Klienten
  • Stelle durch zentrale Dokumentation die Transparenz und Verständlichkeit aller Prozesse sicher
  • Führe regelmäßige Audits in den Praxen durch
  • Organisiere und führe Schulungen über die Prozesse in den Praxen durch, zusammen mit dem Praxis-Leadership Team
  • Bereite die Praxen unseres Klienten auf die Erfüllung medizinischer Standards zur Erreichung von Zertifizierungen (z.B. ISO, DVG und GVP) vor
  • Bringe dich ein Sei kreativ und hands-on, wenn es darum geht, die Operations & Scaling Aktivitäten unseres Klienten auf das nächste Level zu heben

Hintergrund:

  • Min. ≥ 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Umfeld, in dem Struktur, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, klare Kommunikation und Hands-On Mentalität gefordert sind (z.B. Startups, Strategie-Beratungen)
  • Großes Plus: Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Operational Excellence
  • Kein "Medical Operations" Background notwendig
  • Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft in die Praxen unseres Klienten in Deutschland

Skills:

  • Ownership für den eigenen Bereich und die Fähigkeit, (eigene) Missstände klar anzusprechen
  • Sehr gute Struktur in Wort und Schrift
