Strategic Growth Consultant

- Market Research and Client Identification: Utilize industry databases, market reports, and networking platforms to conduct detailed market analysis to identify top global target customers for advanced AI solutions to optimize customer experience
- Client Needs Analysis: Interact with C-Level stakeholders, analyze their specific requirements and challenges in the Customer Experience (CX) field, and identify strategic opportunities for our AI solutions to create significant value and promote business growth
- Solution Design and Customization: Collaborate closely with our AI experts to develop tailored and innovative AI solutions, and confidently present the expected benefits, implementation timelines, and costs
- Relationship Building and Consultative Selling: Establish and maintain trustful relationships with high-level decision-makers and act as a strategic advisor to guide the implementation of AI technologies to enhance CX strategies
- Pipeline Management and Reporting: Document interactions and sales activities in our CRM system, monitor progress in the pipeline, and create detailed reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions
- Experience: Demonstrated success in strategic consulting roles, specifically in the AI, technology, or strategic consulting field
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Innovation: Deep understanding of principles, trends, and challenges in Customer Experience (CX) to make informed decisions and develop innovative AI solutions that provide measurable value
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, gain valuable insights, and identify strategic options that drive business growth
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German and English, especially when interacting with C-Level executives and other key stakeholders
- Mindset: Self-motivation, proactive approach, commitment to surpassing goals, excellent time management, organizational skills, and proficient knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
