About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Consultant to join our team at OC&C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategic recommendations to improve the economic performance of clients
  • Develop and deliver in-depth studies on topics such as market analysis, competitor research, and operational optimization
  • Source and analyze relevant data to support recommendations
  • Design and implement financial models to evaluate client businesses
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position OC&C as a leader in strategic consultancy
  • Translate business needs into actionable strategies and deliverable designs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Experience working with leading strategy consulting firms, with a strong understanding of global markets and client needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results

Language Requirements

Business fluency in German and English is required for this role.
