Bereit für eine spannende Herausforderung im Bereich Billing? Als Koordinator:in übernimmst du Verantwortung für prozess- und projektbezogene Aufgaben, wirkst aktiv an einem IT-Transformationsprojekt mit und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung im Abrechnungsbereich. Mit deiner strukturierten, analytischen Arbeitsweise und Fachkenntnissen in agilen Methoden sowie Anforderungsmanagement bringst du frischen Wind in das Team. Zeige dein Können in der Telekommunikationsbranche und technischen Infrastruktur und trage zur Steigerung der Service- und Prozessqualität bei.

Was dich erwartet

  • #Koordination: Du bist für die Sicherstellung von prozess- und projektbezogenen Aufgaben für die operativen Billing-Einheiten verantwortlich
  • #Transformationsmanagement: Mitwirkung an einem internen IT-Transformationsprojekt der damit einhergehenden kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen innerhalb des Bereichs Billing
  • #Optimierung: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Harmonisierung und Verbesserung im Abrechnungsbereich, um Service- und Prozessqualität zu steigern
  • #Analyse: Erstellung von Prozessanalysen und Anforderungsprofilen (System Change Request)
  • #Prozessmanagement: Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Sicherstellung der Prozess- und Systemintegration sowie Begleitung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Methoden im Geschäftsprozessmanagement

Was du mitbringst

  • Studium in #technischer oder #betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr #strukturierte sowie stark ausgeprägte #analytische Arbeitsweise zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotentialen
  • Du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse in #agilen Arbeitsmethoden sowie im Bereich #Anforderungsmanagement / #Requirements Engineering
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von #Celonis, sowie der Norm #ISO 9001 oder #eTOM
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der #Telekommunikationsbrache und #technischenInfrastruktur im Bereich #Festnetz
  • Sehr gute #Deutsch und #Englischkenntnisse
