SMB New Business Account Executive - German Speaking

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in driving revenue against a SaaS quota for new and expansion sales.

We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a consultative sales approach, exceptional customer service skills, and polished presentation abilities. You will independently manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities across a large customer base.

The Daily Responsibilities:
  • Quickly grasp the Zendesk platform and customer needs to resolve inquiries promptly
  • Act as the advocate for small business customers by understanding and addressing their needs
  • Handle high volumes of calls and emails from new and existing customers
  • Manage a complete territory and collaborate with the marketing team to engage your market
  • Master product demos within a few weeks of joining
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-tenant SaaS company
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities effectively
  • Thrives in a startup environment, demonstrating speed, strategic thinking, and excellent execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a startup mode
  • Passion for customers' success
