Aufgaben

DAS PACKST DU AN

  • Du arbeitest zusammen mit dem Business Development Team an der Umsetzung strategischer Projekte und Maßnahmen (Marktexpansion, Produkteinführungen & Kundengewinnung).
  • Du unterstützt das Supply Chain und Logistic Team beim Management der internationalen Bestellungen und Lieferungen.
  • Du begleitest internationale Markteintritte in Europa, Nordamerika und Asien
  • Du bist an der Etablierung neuer Produktlinien und Marken beteiligt.
  • Du optimierst unseren Online-Shop und unterstützt das Marketing Team bei der Weiterentwicklung diverser E-Commerce-Plattformen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und unterstützt das Management bei anfallenden Projekten.
Qualifikation

DAS QUALIFIZIERT DICH

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft (idealerweise mit Bezug auf Logistik und Supply Chain Management) abgeschlossen oder bist gerade dabei, dein Studium abzuschließen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit aus: Startups, Unternehmensberatung, M&A oder VC.
  • Zahlen und Daten sind für dich die Grundlage deiner Entscheidungen.
  • Du siehst alternative Wege, selbst wenn etwas zunächst unmöglich scheint.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, wiederkehrende Prozesse zu automatisieren und zu standardisieren.
  • Du besitzt hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Unser Bewerbungsprozess

  1. Bewerbung via JOIN: Du schickst uns dein CV (Anschreiben optional) und wir geben dir werktags innerhalb von 24 Stunden Feedback.
  2. Google Meet Interview: Sollte dein Profil unser Interesse wecken, laden wir dich zu einem ersten Interview via Google Meet ein. Wir erzählen dir mehr über die Rolle nach der wir suchen und was wir von dir erwarten. Du bekommst die Gelegenheit dich selbst und deine Qualifikationen vorzustellen. Selbstverständlich erhältst du auch die Möglichkeit, deine Fragen zu stellen.
  3. Interview in unserem Office in Berlin (oder remote): Während wir dir eine Office Tour geben, werden sich ein oder zwei Kollegen mit dir über die Rolle, Erwartungen und Erfahrungen unterhalten. Natürlich kannst du erneut deine Fragen stellen und wir besprechen mit dir deine Interessen sowie mögliche Marketing-Strategien.
  4. Zeit, darüber nachzudenken: Arbeit macht einen Großteil deines Lebens aus. Einige unserer Mitarbeiter haben ihr Heimatland verlassen, um mit uns zusammenzuarbeiten. Einen neuen Job anzunehmen ist eine große Entscheidung, die ein paar Tage Bedenkzeit erfordert. Wir geben dir Zeit, über die Eindrücke des Interviews nachzudenken.
  5. Abschlussgespräche: Nach ein paar Tagen werden wir uns bei dir melden. Normalerweise brauchen wir nicht länger als eine Woche. Selbstverständlich erhältst du erneut die Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen und eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Nachdem du den Vertrag unterschrieben hast, können wir es kaum erwarten, dich im Team zu begrüßen, um gemeinsam D2C-E-Commerce zu revolutionieren
