Du wirst mit anderen Vertriebsfunktionen zusammenarbeiten und direkt an unseren Head of Business Development berichten. Deine Aufgaben:

Steigerung des Umsatzes von Acolad auf dem DACH-Markt, indem du neue Leads identifizierst und konvertierst, insbesondere im Bereich der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen.

Wiederaufnahme von Kontakten zu bestehenden Kunden, die keine Aufträge mehr erteilen, um unser Geschäft mit ihnen zu reaktivieren.

Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Interessenten durch Anrufe und E-Mails unter Verwendung der besten auf dem Markt erhältlichen Tools zur Vertriebsautomatisierung (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesloft ...).

Qualifizierung von Anfragen und Umwandlung in eine Geschäftsbeziehung: Definiere neue Vertriebsansätze, die auf jede Art von potenziellen Kunden zugeschnitten sind, teste sie, verbessere sie und wiederhole sie.

Requirements

Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)

Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder alternativ Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor).

Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Account Management (mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung), idealerweise in den Bereichen Lokalisierung, E-Commerce oder Technologie

Social Selling ist für dich nichts Neues (Nutzung von sozialen Netzwerken wie Linked-In Sales Navigator etc. für deine Akquisitionsbemühungen)

Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast ein ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent und gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

Du bist positiv, proaktiv, kreativ, durchdacht und dynamisch. Du ergreifstdie Initiative und bleibst nicht in deiner Komfortzone.

Du bist geschickt im Umgang mit einer Vielzahl von Verkaufsinstrumenten.

Du bist ein guter Zuhörer und weißt, wie du das Vertrauen deiner Kunden durch intelligente und überzeugende Beratung gewinnen kannst.
