Deine AufgabeAdministration der Red Hat OpenShift - Umgebungen unserer Kunden
* Design, Aufbau und Betrieb von Container-Plattformen und Services auf Basis aktueller Technologien
* Automatisierung von operativen Prozessen mit Ansible
* Aufbau, Betrieb und Nutzung von etablierten Analyseund Monitoring Plattformen wie z.B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK sowie Nagios und Icinga
* Realisierung neuester Trends und Technologien, wie bspw. hybrider Cloud-Szenarien
* Identifikation und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie deren Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten
* Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Lösungskonzepte
* Bearbeitung von Störungen und Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports nach ITIL Standards
* Erstellung und Anpassung von Scripten zur Erhaltung und Optimierung des Betriebs (z.B. mit PowerShell)
* Pflege der zentralen Wissensdatenbank
Fundierte Erfahrungen mit Container-Technologien (v.a. OpenShift)
* Mehrjährige Erfahrungen mit einem gängigen Automatisierungs- Tool (z.B. Ansible)
* Kenntnisse mit Cloud Plattformen wären wünschenswert (OpenStack, o.ä.)
* Ggf. Erfahrung mit einem gängigen CI/CD Tool (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, CircleCI, o.ä.)
* Breites Wissen über die aktuellen Best-Practices und Tools des Cloud-Native und DevOps Universums (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
* Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Git (Gitlab, GitHub, Bitbucket)
* Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative (z.B. beim Erlernen neuer Technologien), Teamgeist und analytischen Kompetenzen
* Evtl. Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux Server-Systemen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Auf Wunsch bis zu 100% Homeoffice deutschlandweit
