Gestaltung und Leitung der Abteilung Controlling mit direkter Berichtslinie an die GeschäftsführungWeiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, -Strukturen und -SystemenFachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung des Controlling-TeamsVerantwortung für das Reporting, Datenanalysen, Forecast und BudgetErstellung von Monat, -Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Reportings für Fachabteilungen und GeschäftsführungÜberwachung und Analyse der Geschäftsaktivitäten und betriebswirtschaftlichen KennzahlenOptimierung der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Unternehmens nach Vorgaben der GeschäftsführungWeiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der SteuerungsinstrumenteEntwicklung von Strategien zur Kostenoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung sowie Begleitung geschäftskritischer ProjektePositionierung des Controllings und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen zur Optimierung der OrganisationssteuerungUnterstützung bei M&A Projekten
