Responsibilities
  • Oversee and expand daily support operations, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing and optimizing support tools and systems.
  • Continuously improve support and success processes. Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement, integrate industry best practices, and introduce initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, gathering feedback to shape product development and business strategies. Ensure customer needs are prioritized in decision-making processes.
  • Be the primary contact for customers post-implementation, resolving issues, meeting needs, and ensuring continued satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German is essential for this role to effectively engage with German partners and customers.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support and success positions.
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in scaling support and success teams in startup environments.
  • Proficient in support tools like Zendesk and Intercom.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
