About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Tulip Interfaces Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate customers on the use and features of our product, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage and prioritize support requests to ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and support documentation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in computer science and/or manufacturing process engineering
  • Fluency in German and English, with French fluency a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
