Gestartet als Spin-off der TU München, haben wir, die MVTec Software GmbH, uns zu einem international führenden Softwareentwickler für industrielle Bildverarbeitung entwickelt. Head of Technical Sales - Bildverarbeitung (w/m/d)

Das erwartet dich:
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung und Koordination des weltweiten Technical Sales Teams sowie die disziplinarische Führung des Teams am Hauptsitz in München.
  • In Deiner Rolle gehörst Du dem Vertriebsleitungsteam an.
  • Du optimierst Werkzeuge und Prozesse zur verbesserten globalen Zusammenarbeit des Technical Sales Teams.
  • Du berätst und überzeugst unsere Kunden durch hochwertige technische Machbarkeitsstudien und die Kommunikation des Mehrwerts unserer Produkte, insbesondere auf technischer Ebene.
  • Du koordinierst die Aktivitäten des Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, managst interne Schnittstellen und unterstützt Kunden mit technischem Fachwissen bis zum Verkaufsabschluss, einschließlich Klärung technischer Fragen, Produktpräsentationen, Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner.
Das bringst du mit:
  • Du hast ein Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Bachelor/Master)
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über Führungserfahrung, auch international, oder bist bereit diesen nächsten Schritt zu gehen
  • Weiterhin kannst du mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der maschinellen Bildverarbeitung und Algorithmenentwicklung für Bildverarbeitungsanwendungen vorzeigen
  • Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Kenntnisse von HALCON und Machine Vision sowie C++/C# Programmierkenntnisse mit guter Erfahrung in der Automatisierungsbranche
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
