WHAT TO EXPECT- Sales: Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner:in bei der Vorstellung von Wemolo bei Kunden mit dem Ziel, diese sowie zukünftige Schlüsselkunden für uns zu gewinnen und eine nachhaltige Umsatzsteigerung zu erzielen.
- Kundenmanagement: Du bist eigenverantwortlich für den Verkaufszyklus zuständig und steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss auf allen Management-Ebenen.
- Netzwerk: Du baust starke Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern bei potenziellen Kunden auf.
- Strukturen und KPIs: Du verfolgst deine Ziele kontinuierlich auf Wochen-, Monats- & Quartalsbasis (individuell & auf Teamebene) und reportest diese an deine Führungskraft.
- Team: Bei Wemolo steht das Team im Mittelpunkt: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um für unsere Kunden die besten Lösungen zu finden und Wemolo kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Dein Background: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen im B2B Sales mit und konntest bestenfalls schon mit Mid-und Enterprise Kund:innen arbeiten.
- Branchenkenntnisse: Dein Fachwissen erstreckt sich auf den Softwaresektor, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen PropTech und Real Estate Tech.
- Performance: Dein Ehrgeiz, deine Wissbegierde und dein Antrieb motivieren dich, dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln.
- Kommunikation: Mit einer starken persönlichen Präsenz bist du in der Lage, auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du hast muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und sprichst Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Reisebereitschaft: Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen (ca. 10%).
- Flexibilität: Mit unserem hybriden Arbeitsmodell kannst du deinen Arbeitsrhythmus individuell anpassen und an unseren Anchor-Days (Dienstag bis Donnerstag) Zeit mit deinem Team verbringen.
- Workation: Arbeite 2 Wochen im Jahr an Orten deiner Wahl oder lerne dein Team auf einer gemeinsamen Team Week besser kennen.
