Das Service Operations Development-Team ist Teil der Service-Region Central (Deutschland, BeNeLux und Multibrand-Geschäft) und besteht aus drei Schwerpunktbereichen: Project Management Office (PMO), Business Development & Analytics und Prozessoptimierung. Wir sind ein Team aus interdisziplinären Expertinnen und Experten und verfolgen das Ziel, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben und die Umsetzung der Service-Strategie zu unterstützen. In dieser Funktion arbeitest Du im Project Management Office (PMO) mit dem Senior Management, den regionalen Stakeholdern und anderen Projektmanagerinnen und Projektmanagern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte in Übereinstimmung mit den Zielen und den Qualitätsstandards von Vestas durchgeführt werden. Die Position kann in Hamburg, Berlin, Rheine oder Husum besetzt werden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Verantwortung für Projekte in unserer Region (u.a. Verbesserungs- und Effizienzprojekte)
  • Projektplanung: Arbeitspakete, Zeitplan, Aktionsplan und Weiteres-Ausführung Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sorgfältige Kommunikation und Dokumentation über den gesamten Projektverlauf
  • Aktives Stakeholdermanagement über alle Bereiche und Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten in die höhere Geschäftsebene

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in den Bereichen Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurswesen oder Vergleichbarem absolviert
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld mit
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutscher und Englischer Sprache
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Ein Zertifikat für Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil
