As Scorpios Group continues its international expansion, bringing a unique culture to new destinations, experiences, and offerings, we're looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team in Berlin.

You will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to coordinate and streamline all projects:

from communication campaigns to long-term strategies and larger brand-defining ventures to provide a coherent structure and make sure deadlines are met.

This position will report to the Head of Project role is ideal for someone who has a blend of creative production experience and project management expertise, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly from inception to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple key brand projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans.
  • Allocate and manage the team's workload efficiently.
  • Maintain and manage project tracking systems, primarily Asana.
  • Establish and streamline work processes to enhance productivity.
  • Organize and support photo and video. productions, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Plan and support event productions, from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with local teams in Greece and Mexico, as well as Soho House teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Focus on working with productions for photo and film, and be comfortable contracting and handling production tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or production agency.
  • Background in organizing and producing photoshoots, film shoots, and events.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital development projects website, e-commerce) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools, especially Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (Greece, Turkey).
