Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in client projects within the public administration sector, focusing on areas such as Digital Government, Organizational Consulting, Smart City initiatives, E-File management, and Project Management
  • Collaborate closely with team members to address challenges faced by clients in the Public Sector across various government levels
  • Support daily operations and familiarize yourself with consulting methodologies and practices
  • Take on project-related tasks, including planning, budgeting, administrative support, and the creation of presentations and documentation
  • Engage in onsite assistance, event coordination, and workshops

Your Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Public Management & Digitalization, Political Science, Geoinformatics, Urban Studies, Social Sciences, or Law
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Genuine interest in the consulting sector and trends in public administration
  • Previous experience in consulting, project work, or public sector activities is advantageous
  • Familiarity with contemporary standards and developments in the Public Sector
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized and self-directed work style
