Labor Relations Manager - Syndikusrechtsanwalt Arbeitsrecht (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Sie:
  • Eigenständige juristische Fallbearbeitung sowie Bearbeitung individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlicher Themenstellungen
  • Eigenständige, vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien, insbesondere Führen von Verhandlungen zu kollektivrechtlichen Vereinbarungen
  • Unterstützung des HR Director bei der Konzeption strategischer Personalthemen
  • Beratung der Fach- und Führungskräfte und der HR Business Partner in allen personalrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von rechtssicheren Vertragsvorlagen, Formularen und Handlungsanweisungen sowie Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen und Empfehlungen (einschl. Risikoabschätzung)
  • Rechtliche Begleitung und Übernahme von internen (Teil-) Projekten
  • Gerichtliche und außergerichtliche Vertretung der Gesellschaft bei arbeitsrechtlichen Verfahren
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Volljurist) mit erstem und zweitem juristischem Staatsexamen mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der arbeitsrechtlichen Rechtsberatung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Labor Relations
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (v.a. Word, Excel, PP und Outlook)
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, diplomatisches Geschick und Kommunikations- und Argumentationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine hohe Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft, Serviceorientierung
  • Pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
