Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist (m/f/d) to manage our sales region in southern Brandenburg and Saxony.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a defined, cross-brand customer base (Standox and Spies Hecker).
- Accountable for the growth and development of customer revenue (Share of Wallet) and fostering strong, collaborative customer relationships.
- Possess a deep understanding of individual customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of key and customer-specific elements within respective business agreements.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that address product, color, and service needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of Axalta's complete range of products and services.
- Establish and maintain a customer care plan, including regular customer calls and structured documentation of customer activities and contact information.
- Provide timely solutions to customer issues and advise on potential process improvements to enhance customer efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks to support the regional team in achieving sales, profitability, and customer retention objectives.
- Inform customers about available Axalta training programs and other local support options.
- Assist and coordinate the transition to Axalta coating systems.
- Enhance personal productivity through the use of appropriate technologies and software such as SharePoint, Pitcher, MS Office, etc.
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the coatings industry.
- Experience in field sales within the automotive repair and industrial coatings sector, along with customer service experience, is desirable.
- Sales experience in the automotive industry is essential.
- Several years of experience in field sales for technical products are required.
- Ideally, possess good knowledge of the automotive repair and industrial coatings industry and have an established professional network.
- This position necessitates regular personal presence in the sales area, thus a residence in the Dresden - Senftenberg - Cottbus area is preferred.
