To strengthen our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Decisions are now "data driven" in almost all companies. As a Shift "Data Analyst" you have a key position in the evaluation of our diverse projects in the area of ​​digital platforms and campaigns. By consistently applying data analytics tools and methods, you help to enable faster and better decisions for our customers. You love numbers and find out which data contains relevant information for our customer's goals. You support your team with exciting insights and impress with your analyses and dashboards in direct customer contact. You keep yourself up to date with the latest trends, tools and methods in the digital world. You work with self-motivation, take responsibility for your work and work as a team to find the best solution.

These are your tasks
  • Definition and regular monitoring of objectives and KPIs
  • Combining different data sources within the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Creation of dashboards and reports using BI tools for the evaluation and visualization of data analyses
  • Developing forecasts and trends as a basis for future business decisions
  • Development and implementation of tracking concepts including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Piwik PRO
  • Planning, conception and implementation of customer journey analyses
  • Development of A/B testing scenarios
  • Derivation of concrete action and optimization recommendations for our customers
  • Target group-oriented preparation and presentation in the team and to the customer


What you should bring with you
  • Successfully completed studies in a relevant subject area, such as (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics, physics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in data analytics, performance marketing or marketing intelligence to analyze digital ecosystems and holistic marketing and sales campaigns
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting software such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
  • Good knowledge of mathematical-statistical methods (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing)
  • High affinity for numbers and databases combined with strong analytical skills and abstract thinking
  • Very good understanding of processes and relationships in the BtoB sector
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends
  • Willingness to quickly understand new topics and complex issues
  • Independent and self-responsible work
  • A strong awareness of quality.
  • An open and clear communication style – in German and English.
