Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehört die Analyse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotentialen bestehender Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik Sie übernehmen die Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz dieser Prozesse Sie entwickeln und realisieren Konzepte und Lösungsansätze zur Digitalisierung der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT Sie sind für die Erhöhung der Transparenz im Fachbereich mittels Datenerhebung, Bereitstellung und Visualisierung relevanter Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Datenquellen (SAP-ERP und weitere) zur Unterstützung des Einkaufs-Controllings verantwortlich Sie unterstützen bei der Ausweitung des Nutzungsgrades der Projektmanagement-Software (Atlassian/JIRA) im Fachbereich Sie erstellen und überarbeiten die Prozessbeschreibungen im Prozess-Managementsystem (Atlassian/CONFLUENCE) Sie übernehmen die praxisnahe und korrekte Dokumentation bestehender und neuer Prozesse innerhalb der Prozesslandschaft der Unternehmensorganisation Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Einführung und Änderung von Prozessen und deren Dokumentation im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik Sie erarbeiten Vorschläge zu Prozesszielen und übernehmen die Auswahl nachhaltiger Kennzahlen Sie erheben eigenständig relevante Daten aus dem ERP-System und darauf aufbauende Informationsverdichtung Sie erstellen Schulungsunterlagen und übernehmen die Schulung der Mitarbeiter Sie übernehmen die Mitarbeit in standort- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten Was Sie mitbringen Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Supply-Chain oder Prozessoptimierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes System- und Prozessverständnis mit sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu bewerten Sie bringen einen sicheren Umgang mit Daten mit sowie Erfahrung in datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung und Prozessverbesserung Sie sind mit Qualitätsmanagementprinzipien, -methoden und -werkzeugen und deren Anwendung vertraut Sie bringen detaillierte Kenntnisse der Atlassian Software CONFLUENCE und JIRA mit Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung mit SAP MM sammeln und bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint) mit, bestenfalls auch im BI-Systemen Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung aus fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab Wir bietenSicherer ArbeitsplatzAttraktive Bezahlung nach IGM-TarifvertragSpannende Aufgaben in einem kollegialem Klima und abwechslungsreiche TätigkeitenBetriebliche Altersvorsorge mit einem arbeitgeberfinanzierten AnteilUmfassende Einarbeitung und WeiterbildungsmöglichkeitenMöglichkeit zum Mobilen ArbeitenExklusive Vergünstigungen und MitarbeiterrabatteFinanzielle Benefits, wie Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld30 Urlaubstage pro JahrKantinenzuschussUnterstützung von Eltern durch einen KinderkrippenzuschussFlexible ArbeitszeitmodelleWerksärztliche Dienste und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement Schulabschluss: Bachelor Berufserfahrung: 1 - 2 Jahre
