Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Gesucht wird die nachfolgend beschriebene Rolle in allen Senioritäten:

•abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit Bezug zur IT oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

•Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge

•IT ist dein Handlungsfeld in dem du immer besser und vielseitiger werden möchtest.

•Neue IT-Technologien sind für dich willkommene Chancen statt Hürden.

•Du bist in der Lage, mit Stakeholdern zu interagieren, verstehst sie und ihre Bedürfnisse, und sorgst dafür, dass sie Dich verstehen.

•Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Geschäftsanalyse und -modellierung sowie im Anforderungsmanagementprozess (bspw. nach BABOK)

•Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen.

•Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

•Reisebereitschaft in kleinerem Rahmen wird vorausgesetzt.
