What you'll do

  • AI Solution Development : Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and applications using SAP AI Services and open-source large language models (LLMs) to address cloud operations challenges.
  • Data Integration : Support the integration of diverse data sources to train and validate AI models, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with experienced team members, including data scientists, software engineers, and cloud operations professionals, to understand requirements and contribute to AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimization : Participate in the process of monitoring and optimizing AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Deployment : Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AI solutions on the cloud platform, learning about robustness and reliability.
  • Documentation : Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
  • Compliance : Develop an understanding of cloud security and governance standards as they relate to AI solutions.
  • Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies and propose ideas for innovative solutions.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • First relevant work experience in an IT area, graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience or coursework in AI/ML is preferred
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or Java.
  • Knowledge of SAP AI Services and open-source LLMs is nice to have
  • Willingness to learn data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
  • Interest in cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices.
  • Fluency in English

You will be working with the observability scrum team to deliver best in class observability services for I&CX Organization.The team develops a microservice architecture mainly in go and nodejs, deployed on K8S on azure.
