Unser Mandant ist eine führende, internationale Bankengruppe mit einer wachsenden post-Brexit Präsenz in Frankfurt am Main. Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen Finance Director / Head of Finance (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie alle Finance-Aspekte, insbesondere den HGB-Abschluss und Einhaltung deutscher Standards.

Job Description

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams von ca. 2 Mitarbeiter:InnenBegleitung von Wachstumsstrategien der Bank in Deutschland aus Finance-Perspektive, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management BoardÜberwachung von Finance Prozessen der Bank, inkl. Management Reporting, Budgets, regulatorisches Reporting (regelmäßig & ad-hoc), sowie Offenlegungen und PaymentsDurchführung des Monats-, Quartals- & Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB in Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem TeamÜberwachung der Budget, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-VergleicheWeiterentwicklung von internen Kontrollsystem bzgl. Prozesse & Daten, sowie Förderung einer starken Risikokultur bzgl. Finance- & Risiko-ThemenEinhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen inkl. Dokumentation von Accounting-Prozessen und Verfahren im Rahmen der HGB-Abschlüsse und regulatorischem ReportingUnterstützung bei Steuer-Themen The Successful Applicant Erste Leadership Erfahrung in der fachlichen und idealerweise auch disziplinarischen Führung eines kleinen TeamsAusgezeichnete, breit-gefächerte Expertise im Finanzwesen, inkl. Accounting (Abschluss nach HGB), Controlling, Meldewesen und SteuernAbschlussicherheit nach HGBFinanz Qualifikation z.B.
