  • Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Serviceerbringung, sowie bedarfsweiser Steuerung bei Abweichungen im gesamten ITIL-Lifecycle

  • ITIL 4 Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • IT-Fachwissen mit praktischer Erfahrung im Datacenter-Betrieb (Storage, Server, Betriebssysteme Windows/ Linux, Netzwerk) von Vorteil
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten vor Kund:innen mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die nationale und internationale Kommunikation
