Finance Process und Project Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Sie gestalten den Prozess des Projekt- und Anforderungsmanagements inklusive des Kommunikationsrahmens sowie der Schnittstellen mit den damit verbundenen Systemen und Tools.
- Sie verantworten Finanzprozess-Design, Roll-out und Hyper-Care im Rahmen einer SAP-S/4-Transformation.
- Ihre Aufgabe ist die Sicherstellung der Zweckmäßigkeit des globalen R2R-Prozesses durch eine eigenständige E2E-Prozess-Design-Verantwortung als Mitglied des GPO-Teams. Sie sind in der globalen Steuerung von Veränderungsbedarfen an Finanz-Geschäftsprozessen eingebunden.
- Dabei prüfen Sie E2E-Prozessänderungen und stellen sicher, dass die Implementierungen mit dem R2R-Prozessdesign sowie den Accounting-, Reporting- und Controllingbestimmungen übereinstimmen.
- Anfragen zu Veränderungen im R2R-Prozess werden von Ihnen koordiniert. Ihr Schwerpunkt ist dabei die Integration von funktionalen Finanzprozessen in die produktionsnahen End-to-End-Prozesse, insbesondere der Fertigung (F2S), Supply Chain und des Einkaufs (P2P).
- Die Dokumentation der einzelnen Schritte im R2R-Prozess über alle E2E-Prozesse hinweg wird von Ihnen gewährleistet.
- Sie stehen als globaler Business Partner (m/w/d) für alle Rückfragen und Veränderungsvorschläge Finance-Bereich zur Verfügung, insbesondere Industrial Finance und Group Controlling.
Profil
- Sie haben einen Studienabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Business Administration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt- sowie Prozessmanagement im Finanzbereich
- Sie können auf mehrjährige Erfahrungen im operativen Bereich (z. B. Finanzen, Controlling, Accounting und / oder als Key User (m/w/d) im Rahmen von ERP-Implementierungen) zurückgreifen und besitzen exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Methodenkompetenzen und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Durch ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit IT, wie SAP (vor allem FI-CO, COPA, MM, PP), ARIS, JIRA und Confluence zeichnen Sie sich aus.
- Durch Ihr sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch, Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, offene und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeit zum Networking kommunizieren Sie sicher auf allen Ebenen
- Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
