Aufgaben
  • Aufnahme und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen bei bestehenden Prozessen
  • Leitung oder Mitwirkung an fachübergreifenden bzw. unternehmensweiten Projekten, z.B. im Rahmen der Automatisierung oder Digitalisierung von (Teil-)Prozessen
  • Laufende Betreuung und/oder ad hoc-Unterstützung bei auftretenden Liefer-/Leistungsproblemen an den Schnittstellen zwischen Front und Back Office, z.B. durch Bearbeitung von Anfragen der Fondsbuchhaltung, der Steuerabteilung, des Asset und Property Managements sowie externer Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei der in Abwicklung befindlichen Fonds (inkl. Beratung Fund Management bzgl. Abwicklungsstrategie, Durchführung Liquiditätssteuerung, Koordination Bearbeitung ausstehender Sachverhalte aus Verkäufen, Erstellung Spezial-Reporting für die Anleger)
  • Beratung bei Fragen zur Rechnungslegung und Auslegung von Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
  • Unterstützung der Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft und/oder Jura
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft (z.B. als Fondsbuchhalter, Beteiligungsmanager, Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Interner Revisor von Immobilienfonds, Asset Manager, Property Manager) oder vergleichbar
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert darzustellen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), erste Erfahrungen mit Prozessautomatisierungen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen an Immobilien-Sondervermögen und -Investment-Kommanditgesellschaften
